Yes, you are seeing correctly – L-128 in stock and doing well in our planted tank. Ours is currently 3-4cm, not very blue yet, but distinct spots and slight blue tint starting to develop on them. They are a bit shy, but I find that wood and a very clean tank WITH LOW NITRATES make them appear and move around easier. I also find, that because blue phantom plecos may hide a lot, to chuck in some live brine shrimp or microworms (anything small that moves) makes them come out to eat the brine shrimp. Cucumber slices weighed down, put in the front also bring them forward if there are no other front dwellers in the area a lot.
