Our shrimp food releases biofilm powder to support shrimp colonies and help grow overall biofilm in your tanks. After all, biofilm is a shrimp’s staple food.
With natural, non heat treated nutrients added, you can be sure your Neocardina’s nutritional needs are met from all angles.
Minimal phosphates – we use veggies that are ultra low in phosphates, helping to prevent nutrient leeching that causes algae growth (the wrong type) in your tanks.
DIRECTIONS: Feed 1 hexagon per 20-30 shrimps. For breeding shrimps, alternate PROTIPLUS once or twice per week.
CAUTION: Do not overfeed your shrimps. Store away from heat and light.
Although our Caridina shrimp respond well to this food, DAILY is still to be tested longer term on Caridina shrimps.
