Platinum Snow White Guppy (Male)

The Platinum Snow White Guppy (Poecilia reticulata) is a designer strain known for its pure, brilliant white coloration. Unlike standard guppies with mixed patterns, these males are bred for a solid “snow” effect that extends from their pointed snouts to the tips of their wide, flowing tails.

The minimum guideline for keeping social fish is a group of six, but we recommend a school of 10–15 males for best effect. The Platinum Snow White is a bold, curious explorer. They are quite hardy but flourish in a pH range of 7.0–8.5 and prefer moderate to hard water, which helps maintain their bright pigment and fin health.

Platinum Snow White Guppies active surface and middle-dwellers, they thrive on a diet of flakes and micro-pellets. To keep their platinum scales shimmering, supplement their meals with frozen daphnia, brine shrimp, and bloodworms. Male guppies available only.
