Red Moscow Guppy (Male)

The Male Red Moscow Guppy is a stunning addition to your aquarium, reaching a size of approximately 5 cm, these fish have high-impact visual appeal, with their bright colour, large tails and long, elegant dorsal fins that catch the current with every move.

These fish are energetic, curious, and constantly on the move, making them a brilliant centerpiece for nano tanks as well as larger planted aquascapes. While they are peaceful community members, they are most impressive when kept in a “bachelor group” of 6 or more.

When choosing tank mates for your male Red Moscow guppy, avoid any aggressive “fin-nippers” that might be tempted by the Red Moscow’s long, delicate tail. Hardy and adaptable, the Red Moscow Guppy thrives in well-maintained setups with a pH of 7.0–8.5 and a preference for slightly harder water. They are enthusiastic eaters, thriving on a diet of  flakes, micro-pellets, and frozen treats. Please note these guppies are imported and the genetic history is unknown.
